Spinach Dip

SPINACH DIP

1. Stir together until smooth:

1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry;

1 pkg. Knoor Vegetable Soup mix;

1 pint sour cream; and

1 cup mayonnaise.

2. Add:

1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, sliced;(optional)

3 green onions, chopped (some of green part and all of white).

3. Chill for 2 hours.

4. When ready to serve, hollow out the center of a round loaf of rye, Hawiian bread or

pumpernickel bread and fill cavity with the dip. Use sliced party rye

bread as the dipping utensil!
